Friday

  • Arrival on friday at any time (pick up from airport will be included)
  • Ideally arrive before 15:30 on friday at Amsterdam and 17:00 at Rotterdam airport (Rotterdam is way easier!)
  • Earlybird activity 11:30
  • Welcome drinks from 15:00
  • 17:00 go to hotel/homestay and get fresh
  • 19:00 Home diners • 21:00 get together party!

SATURDAY

  • 9:00 hangover 1
  • 9:01 breakfast
  • Day activity
  • 17:00 get fresh at hotel homestay
  • 19:00 King Athurs night and Party incl. Acts and interuptions from all countries (please prepare!)

SUNDAY

  • 9:00 hangover 2
  • 9:01 Breakfast
  • 10:00 official Euromeeting Meeting with all chairmans
  • 12:00 End of meeting and go home
